The interview process was really smooth from start to finish. Only three rounds including a mock call, which felt like the right amount! Everyone I spoke with was open about the role, walked me through everything in detail, and genuinely welcomed questions. What stood out most was that they never rushed me into a decision. At the end of the process they gave me the time and space to weigh my options, which said a lot about how they treat people. The conversations themselves were great too, it didn't feel like a formal interview grilling. The people I met were chatty and easy to talk to, and we naturally ended up going beyond just talking about the role. It felt like a real conversation, which made it easy to get a sense of the culture before even starting.

Tell me about a time you had to be persistent to get something you wanted: how did you handle it?

Interview
I was approached three times via LinkedIn for an HR position. Although the role initially seemed quite senior for my profile, I eventually agreed to the interview due to repeated outreach.
The interview felt highly transactional and one-sided, more like a checklist of screening questions than a genuine conversation. I was asked a series of questions to assess my fit, with limited opportunity for dialogue. I was also interrupted multiple times before being able to fully complete my answers.
After approximately 15 minutes, I was told that the role might be too senior for my profile (the call should last for 30 minutes), despite having been contacted several times for this position and my experience being clearly available on my LinkedIn profile.
Overall, the process reflected a poor candidate experience and left a negative impression of the recruitment approach.
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. We never want candidates to feel like their time isn't valued- we're continuing to improve our interview process and candidate experience as we grow and will make sure feedback like this informs how we do that!

Interview
Had a first round call with someone in HR. The call felt pretty rushed and I left with very little understanding about the role or what they were looking for. I was told that I would get feedback in a few days but never heard back - positive or negative. A simple email to close the loop would have made a really big difference.
