VidMob interview questions

HR video call, then an interview with the other accountant, then the director of FP&A. The process moved very fast, a few days in between. The job description had no mention of FP&A, so it was strange to me that my last round’s first question was my experience with it. If it’s something you want to ask about, I’d put it in the qualifications for the role.

I went through multiple stages of the interview process and had great conversations with several team members, including senior leadership. Feedback was positive throughout, and I was told I was the first candidate to reach the final stage. Unfortunately, communication stopped entirely after that. Even after following up, I never received a response. After investing significant time and energy, it was disappointing not to receive any outcome or feedback. I hope this is something the company works to improve. The role and team seemed genuinely exciting, and it’s a shame the process ended this way.
