Recruiter discussed the role with me, sent my resume to obtained interest, then setup the phone screen interview to meet with their HR Manager. She was very pleasant and reviewed the position in a 15 minute call.

Straightforward, interviewed with the engineering director himself, just asked about experience and interests, why I would be interested in working at the company. Also had a screening interview with an HR person.

A friend told me about the position and so i wrote out my resume and sent it in to the company. I recieved a call the next day telling asking if i was available to come in for an interview, i did and i was offered the job on the spot! Super nice interview.
