Vierbicher Associates interview questions

Both interviews had questions predominantly pertaining to my background. They basically wanted to know if I was a fit for their company in terms of personality, since it is not a big company. Of course they wanted to assess my knowledge on pertinent information, but that was done via conversation on the relevant work topics.
