I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vieworks Organisation (Singapore) in Apr 2024
Interview
I came early and observed the working environment it's quite small and not suitable for work. Also, I realised that the actual company I applied to was under this organization. The organization is a pyramid structure that has many subsidiary organizations within. Seem like a lot of employees are doing recruitment jobs. The hiring manager is also respectful and friendly with candidates. The interview session has 3 rounds that need to be completed. Interview process was smoothly conducted but detailed in personality and background.

Interview
Education don't matter, they focus more on your personality. Confused on the amount of directors in the company from their introduction, they have a chart that shows how their employees receive promotion and they also mentioned a new hire only worked for 1-2 years was able to reach director role, raising suspicions for me.
They love fresh grads because many dont know what the job entails, I wanted a marketing corporate job but all they wanted me to do by the second interview was to do door to door sales, claiming its the best way to get sales. Never asked why I wanted to work for them but only tried to convince me why their company is good to work for and in a fun environment.
No base pay has no CPF nor much benefits and is 100% commission based, how much you come back for work even for weekends, basically a freelancer disguised as a full timer. The interviewer also mentioned that the offer letter contract is not the same as an agreement?
Personally feel like this is a job that only requires your mouth and nothing that you learn in school. In the orientation i attended their briefing on what my first task is but i could not hear anything as all the other employees were gathered in a circle clapping and shouting simultaneously in full formal fits, but very unprofessional in my opinion. They gave very vague answers when i asked how the company earns money if they help charities to raise funds. All I gathered from it is that they would make the public 26 years and above to make donation subcriptions of more than 60 to 100 a month for you to get a cut of it, lowkey immoral to take money meant for charity but i conclude its an MLM. I feel these types of company are hard to quit from and make progression elsewhere.
I have a few mutuals who work for such companies do earn a lot but they rarely have time for anyone else aside from their work.
Not for me as I prefer to not stand in the mrt or outdoors to do sales on people's kindheartedness, but only work for them if you know what it takes.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vieworks Organisation (Singapore) in Feb 2024
Interview
Crowded office with multiple candidates, waited for 40 mins after scheduled time. Process could be managed better. Interviewer asked personal questions about parents/ family background and career goals/ financial status.
