      Sales Representative Interview

      24 Dec 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Antonio, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vincero (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2018

      Interview

It was an extremely casual interview. I spoke to someone over the phone to schedule a time to come in. The day of the interview I walked in, filled out some paperwork and within about 10 minutes of arriving I was called in. I was asked questions about sales and my experience in it. Quick and painless. Considering the work they are hiring for the process works. They want people that are agreeable and can walk/talk/sell. While they are not a retail establishment, they do provide people to work retail hours and in retail settings.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vincero (San Antonio, TX) in Aug 2024

      Interview

Very professional interview, feels a lot more serious than it is. Fun company to work with but is COMMISSION ONLY. They look for personality and coachability. This job is very time consuming and is not for anyone. If you’re not great at sales, this is not for you. For clarification, this largely an AT&T B2B or consumer position.

      Sales Representative Interview

      7 Sept 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vincero in Sept 2017

      Interview

I received a response almost immediately after I applied. From the website, it looks like a digital advertising agency, however that is not the case. The phone interview went really well and I was set up with an additional interview at Sam's Club. That's when I realized that this job was definitely not what was explained in the job posting.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

A lot of the questions were ones that I used in the car business. Does that sound like something you would like? Is that something you could see yourself doing? How does that sound? It's like they are just trying to get you to agree with them.
