The interview process consisted of two separate assessments at 90 minutes each so do not believe them when they tell you the whole process is 3 hours. You then have to talk them through how you made the decisions on one of the assessments. Followed by an interview with two people who would end up becoming your peers and then finally a 5 minute chat with the people director. All in all it was an extremely long day and there was a serve lack of communication after.
