They called me in for a NOC Technician position, we talked on the phone a couple of times told them everything I could do, they said i would be a good fit for the NOC position and to come in for an interview. I went for an interview filled out some forms talked to 3 people about my technical experience (everything on resume, which i had already talked to them over the phone). Then they told me that i didn't qualify for the NOC Technician told me that they have a Desktop support position open if i'm willing to take it. turned them down and walked away. They did the old bait and switch with me.
