Very generic in general; first interview through Skype ,questions about bar knowledge and why would you like to work in Virgin,what would you do in specific situations, what are your strengths and weaknesses,etc.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Virgin Voyages (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process took too long.
The final interview was very unprofessional to the point that the interviewer would mock your past job experiences.
I was traumatized by this experience, which no applicant should ever experience.

- and even threats from the interviewer
