Visiongain interview questions

The hiring process is too long. They provided a resume template which had to be carried along with ur resume and passport size photo. Without any hr discussion or a simple hr call, they have a aptitude test. The aptitude test round was conducted in the terrace. Coz they dint hv place in the conference room. That was the funniest part. The questions were high level without options. So be prepared like in CAT exam. hahahahaha.. Its a very small company nd very difficult entrance process just to get a small pay. I travel all the way from Mumbai to Pune. No hr interaction.Really not worth.

Invited to offices for interview. First completed psychometric evaluation, followed by an interview with two individuals at the firm. The interviewers where very nice and polite, they asked me relevant questions to both my background and the job. I felt very comfortable talking with them.
