Interview
The phone interview was uncomfortable considering the interviewer had no reaction to my answers was extremely bland to converse with. Each time I answered a question, there was a long pause, as if she was waiting for me to elaborate on an already thorough answer. Regardless of the fact I currently am a marketing associate of 2 years for a Fortune 500 company, I was told my interview process would not be taken further 2 weeks after the phone interview. I'm assumung it was due to the fact my current salary was 10k more than the marketing position at VP.

Loved the office, loved the people I was able to interview with. Easy interview.
They asked me things like: what are my hobbies, where have I worked previously, what are my five year goals

Interview
It was short and easy. In the end I was not interested. You don’t have to prepare anything so don’t bother bringing your portfolio etc. I’m not sure if that’s normal or not.
