Welcomed into a boardroom. Interviewed by the National Member Assist Manager - nice guy, pretty relaxed. Asks typical interview questions like: describe a time you exhibited problem solving skills and records for later review on computer. Selection has strong focus on enthusiasm, personable. Must be able to deal with pressure and conflict over the phone. Should be easy-going person to get along with various personalities in the office. Not a job for people who complain.

The interview process was fast. The interviewers were very personable and friendly, which puts the candidate at ease. Easy going interview, very limited focus on the technical aspect of the role, Looking for a culture fit.
