Primo approccio via Linkedin/email. Successiva telefonata durante per capire profilo/skill. Al telefono uno dei direttori ed un ingegnere. Telefonata di mezz'ora scarsa. Non molto chiari nell'esporre i requisiti. Probabilmente non esperti di ingegneria del software.

First step is a phone call to know the candidate but I haven't reached past that point. Their questions are more specific to quality standards than software industry so they appear to not know what they are looking for.
