Interview
Interview threw me off. The CEO was the interviewer. He was pretty amicable and didn't really want to hear about my resume. He asked me a bunch of questions about what i do outside of school/work
Sorry you didn't have a great experience interviewing with us. We'll be the first to admit that our interviewing process is a little unorthodox, as the first stage is really just about getting to know you as a human being via an informal conversation. Good luck in your endeavors!

Virtual plus in person interview process. Everybody was friendly but was ghosted in the end with no feedback which is disappointing beacuse it is a very time intensive interview process so have that in mind before you start.
