We start with around 5-10 minutes Online interview with a panel. And then we were asked to write an essay on how to plan a class with the use of technology
First, I needed to write an essay exploring the opportunities and challenges of teaching in a multi-cultural environment. Additionally, there was a panel interview focused on your industrial experience and also a detailed interview focused on your teaching background.
