Disorganized to say the least. I have known the chairman for twenty years; he had me come in over two years ago with multiple job descriptions. Met with CEO and NYC leadership. Unfortunately, he's carried his questionable practices into the firm, and it's trickling down. Ask around the architecture and design community, find out for yourself.

Quick and simple, nothing to over the ordinary. You will meet about 3-5 people and will be given a tour around the office. You will probably go to one interview, they are pretty good a gauging your interest level
