Everything started off great! They seemed friendly when I came to my first interview. Very generic questions. The only thing is they wouldn't let me use my current position as a relation to the role I was applying for, which was pretty much the same thing. Got called to a second interview which made me feel they had interest in hiring me. They even made comments suggesting that. Then they promised to let me know by a certain day and when that day had arrived I had heard nothing! I followed up with them and late in the night they decided to respond with rejecting me and contradicting themselves in the email. This hiring process took over a month! Wasted my time! I do not so much care they did not give me the position, however I do not appreciate being thrown around. Needless to say I am no longer a strong believer in this one particular dealership. It is just poor management on that location. Volkswagen is still an all over good company.
