Voltus Operations interview questions

The interview process was disorganized and unprofessional. My initial call with the person who was interviewing me was scheduled but not started on time — I had to follow up to confirm the meeting. The call began over 20 minutes late and was very brief, with limited discussion of my experience or qualifications. Shortly afterward, I received a rejection notice, suggesting that the decision may have already been made prior to our conversation. Overall, the experience left me questioning how the company manages its hiring process.
