I applied online and was contacted by talent acquisition via email about 2-3 weeks afterwards, asking to set up a phone interview. Then that same week I was given an in-person interview with the district manager. The following week I was offered the position.

Interviewed with university recruiter, she was awesome. Moved on to the DL, had a rough convo once she found out I was a new grad, she was def upset with having to talk to me.
