I passed through two online technical assigments followed by video interview. I was told, I would be contacted 1-2 weeks later but I was ghosted instead. Therefore the interview process was far form ideal.

Via Teams, there were three rounds. Then an in-person meeting with the people I would work with directly, followed by meetings with the line manager and the line manager’s manager.

The recruiters asked me to send them a full application file before the first interview. I asked for clarification as I never had a request like that before and got a reply that they need references from all of my previous employers and diplomas. I wonder how they succeed in hiring anyone if they have such a high bar to even start interviewing a candidate. Maybe someone should explain that these days modern c companies around the world first complete the interview process and extend an offer and then conduct a full background check, not the other way around. I decided not to continue with the interview process.
