The interview process was completely unstructured and confusing. Interviewers seemed unprepared, asked irrelevant questions, and gave no clear feedback. It felt disorganized and unprofessional, leaving me frustrated and disappointed overall.

They asked if I had ever struggled with depression or anxiety, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. It made me feel judged, and it had nothing to do with my job skills.
