Long process for an intern position, 1 month total, 3 interviews and 1 Practical test. After all the interviews they also asked for a week to get back to you. Exhausting .

2 online interviews - the second one included a task. Very good experience overall, interviewers were able to answer a lot of questions. They've also explained how the process worked.

Overall I can say that most of the people I spoke with during my 6 (!!!) interviews were super nice and really friendly. A lot of questions were asked repeatedly so it seemed like the interviewers haven’t spoken to each other and didn’t know what was asked already. The last interview I had the interviewer asked me questions as if I applied for a completely different position - so I obviously didn’t know the answers to them and told them, that I applied for a different job so I can not answer these questions, as my expertise lays somewhere else. So after all these interviews I got a standard rejection email with no further explanation. I asked for feedback and was ignored like many others apparently. I feel like I’ve invested so much time and effort into this and in the end I don’t even know what I could have done better. Very disappointing.

I submitted my CV through Linkedin. Then I scheduled an interview and had to prepare the outline of a Task-based Lesson for that. The interview went alright, with the Operations Director, and at the end of the interview I was told I had passed and that the job was mine if I accepted it. However, he said that, even though everything is online, the payment rate for the employees in my country would be 40% lower than in any other ones. I tried to negotiate as soon as I got the email offer 1 week later, but when I did so, he just stopped answering my e-mails even though I said I accepted the job.

-Lengthy interview process 1: check CV/cover letter, 2: produce written lesson plan (Task based) 3: one on one casual chat with the recruiter 4: FINAL interview with management (use Voxy platform, produce ANOTHER lesson using their unique platform and go through the outline) I suggest you have a low-key personality because the hiring manager will not like you. I have a bubbly fun personality and they didn't like me. Be calm, professional and boring... I was too adventurous and eccentric for this position. Hiring people because you like someone's character is wrong. Interviews should be about what the employees can bring to the company, efficiency and practicality!!! Just because the recruiter is quite, I don't have to be like that... do I?? Think about diversity man.

Os processos seletivos são chatos e longos! A empresa aparenta ser legal para quem está iniciando a carreira pois vai precisar fazer de tudo um pouco mas já saiba que estão em um momento de estruturação ainda e é bem pequena, o que acaba limitando a possibilidade de crescer profissionalmente. O salário e pacote de benefícios não é competitivo com o mercado pelo tanto que exigem. Existe um espaço para melhorar employer experience.

Entrevistas com diversos líderes, cada qual com uma pauta de perguntas relacionadas a contribuição que a posição ofereceria a empresa e a sua respectiva área. Muito interessante, pois não há como se preparar. Se destaca quem tem mais vivências e experiências.

Via internet. Spoke to only one interviewer. Process was erratic. Interviewer attitude alternated between brusque and indifferent. This person had nothing but bad things to say about the students, nostly executives here in Sao Paulo.I lost count of how many times this smug European stifled yawns. He clearly does not like living inBrazil.
