I went through four rounds of interviews. The first was an introductory call, the second was a 60-minute case study presentation analysing performance marketing data, the third focused on technical skills, and the fourth was an interview with the Head of Growth.
I invested a significant amount of time preparing a thoughtful presentation for the case study and successfully passed the technical interview, only to be rejected at the final stage.
What I found frustrating was that after progressing through multiple rounds, including a dedicated technical assessment, the final interview introduced additional technical and problem-solving questions that appeared to be a key part of the hiring criteria. It would have been helpful if these expectations had been assessed earlier in the process.
I also had to follow up multiple times over a two-week period to receive feedback after the final interview.
Overall, the team was professional and the interviewers were friendly, so it wasn't a bad experience. However, the process was lengthy and at times frustrating given the amount of preparation required and the delays in communication.
