W.R. Fibers interview questions

The interview process was very simple and truly one of the easiest processes I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. The interview process was entirely remote so that was wonderful, I didn’t have to leave the comfort and safety of my home. The interview was 2 rounds, the first was with an external talent scout who interviewed me by phone for about 30 minutes. She was very sweet and continued to be a help all throughout the interview, hiring and on boarding process. The 2nd round was several days later and via Zoom with the company president and my department manager. It was about an hour long and very straightforward. They asked me relevant questions and allowed me to ask a few of my own. Overall it was a very simple and pleasant process.
