Thanks for your feedback. I am the person who interviewed you, and as I am very surprised by this statement, I would like to specify the following elements:
After your online application, I contacted you to schedule a preliminary conversation via phone call. You asked to reschedule the call on the same day it was supposed to take place and despite the short notice, I agreed to postpone it. It then took a few days to find a suitable time for the call, as I kept asking you to suggest a couple of convenient time slots but you would always come up with only one suggestion.
Despite this, we managed to agree to a time to speak. When I called you and we realised you meant GMT when I was thinking CET, I asked if it were still a good time to speak and you responded positively.
I showed genuine interest in your profile, an asked you some of the standard interview questions I asked other candidates, as well as some specific questions based on your profile. I also took the time to tell you about our company, our vision and strategy, and how the role fits into it. I also described the role and our expectations.
After I completed a first round of interviews with many suitable candidates, I reached out to you to let you know that I appreciated our conversation but that unfortunately, we were not moving forward with your application. I never heard back from you after this email, until you shared this message on Glassdoor.
