Interview
Interview process is extensive, with 3-4 interviews, reference checks, and a DISC profile performed. Expect to interview with the hiring manager, HR & CEO, and then with other company managers and coworkers.
Expect a week turnaround for each step, not a rapid process, but we are working on speeding it up.
Actual interview questions are not impossible, they are straightforward. Simply answer directly and honestly. However since we are a small organization, and every hire is important, we are very selective when filling a position.
Finally, we are truly interested in finding people that are a good fit. We want people that WE-EF will be a good fit for them. So ask questions in the interview, we will answer them.

We don't really ask the, "Tell me about a time..." questions.
Mostly we just ask about your previous experience.

Interview
The initial interview is with your direct supervisor and HR, if you get past that stage then they will have you fill out a DISC personality assessment and you will meet with other department heads and team members you may interact with. It is a long interview process, but gives you a great idea of what it will be like working for the company, and how you will get along with everyone in the office.

Brief - Only 1 on 2, talked about the day to day. Not much of a process. You will get it if you come prepared. Discussed the day to day and what was expected. Not hired on spot, hired after internal discussion.
