WEST Brewery interview questions

Firstly, I was left waiting a while, but I did arrive 10 minutes early so I was there in plenty of time and was happy to wait but was left a further 30 minutes after my interview was to take place because the person taking my interview was waiting for members of staff to arrive. So eventually the person conducting my interview sits down they says based on my CV they don't think I am what they are looking for even though they asked along for an interview and if all that time wasting wasn't bad enough the person doing my interview left me 4 or 5 to and deal with some issues. And when we actually spoke it was to ask really daft questions like when I go out for something to eat where do I like to go? Just really silly small talk that didn't pertain to the job. Total waste of time thankfully I have other prospects, but I thought I'd let others who are interested in a job here what to expect at the interview stage.
