Too many phases of interview process. There were a lot of questions. Most questions are pretty standard and can be downloaded from the internet. Lots of repetitive questions. the process after I'd been shortlisted was usually a quick chat with recruiter/TA, then a panel interview with 2-4 people and then maybe a final sign off session with a relatively senior person. Now its become a lengthy process (one potential employer manged to drag it out over two months) and I feel like it just increases the pressure on the potential employee. (I've actually wondered if the extra pressure is the reason companies are now doing this - to test us a bit more
2-part, easy setup, efficient. they helped set up and pay for travel and did not consume a full day full of useless questions. it was interactive, included a tour, and everything was fine.
Two different interviews with hiring manager and then supervisor. You are asked about your prior experience, the way in which that you have helped Nouss organizations in the past and what strength you can bring.
