The process was easy and happened through a talent acquirement group, the interview centred around the plc product being developed and transited to the skills expected to fulfil the job. It did not take over 1hour since the technology being used has seen over 20 years of development and the job required some embedded as well as the welliness to always learn some new protocols and be flexible in a support role. After some days I got a call from the office saying they were interested in hiring.
