I applied online. I interviewed at WJ Weiser & Associates
Interview
I was contacted by HR from Naylor. The girl that called me sounded bored and like she just wanted to go home from her job. This made it weird for me to speak with her. She also asked me questions if I have experience that was not part of the JD, and asked it very broadly that I had to figure out and ask her what she meant. Also, after I told her of relevant experience that I had based on the JD, she asked me questions that I have already provided answers to. It is as if she was not listening to me nor engaging with me in a proactive manner.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at WJ Weiser & Associates in Feb 2013
Interview
Phone and in person interview process. Met with both client executive directors as well as CEO. They offered me the job, but lowballed me in terms of salary offering. I was interested in the job because it would cut my commute so I made a counter offer asking if they could come closer to what I was looking for(2k-5k more due to more responsibility). They called me back to rescind the offer. RED FLAG!!! If they are not willing to fairly pay or kinda meet you in the beginning then they will NEVER pay you what you deserve with promotions/bonuses. Clearly cheap labor is better than experienced, quality labor for them. I feel terrible for their clients as I can only imagine how they are being managed by this client. WJ Weiser is in a people oriented business -- I hope this experience is not an indication of how they conduct their business.
