First - Technical round,
2nd - written test
3rd - HR round. Totally three rounds conduct in WLT and interview will be conduct 2 days. First day "written test" , after clear the test , then only candidate move to next day process.

Call for to set up phone interview, phone interview was pretty standard-5-6 interview questions. Testing phase followed, tested on grammar, spelling, typing, Microsoft Office, proofreading skills. Probably the step most prospectives fail at. Group interview after was pretty informal. Just study for the testing phase, is the only great advice I could give.
