      Plant Manager Interview

      9 Oct 2018
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at WM (New York, NY)

      Interview

3 part hiring process. The 1st is with a recruiter. He/she screens each applicant and reaches out to the ones who fit the best, then asks some general to mildly in depth questions, if you still fit what they're looking for you will be scheduled for a 2nd interview (can be live or prerecorded video or just audio, or it can be an in person interview.) The 2nd interview will be more in depth technical questions about your knowledge and experience pertaining to the position. The 3rd and final will be in person with 2 managers and a Co worker or someone who has the same job title as the one you're applying for. Should you make it through the gauntlet, congratulations on your new job. Be careful tho, no one is truly your friend. Middle management is toxic and will break rules & policies to cover each others back. Oh, and DO NOT reach out to HR for help with anything. They're not going to help you only help the company.
