Poorly handled. I made it maybe 2 minutes into the second interview. I live 60 miles away from Baldwin Park which was noted on my application, and during the first interview. They were not happy about that. I told them I was planning on relocating and that I would be in town for the month of training and they did not care that they wasted my time and were so unprofessional and rude about it. There were dogs barking during the interview and I was definitely over dressed for the virtual interview. Right off the bat I felt it wasn’t going to end well. This company is managed very poorly. Starting from the hiring process. It’s a shame. I do not recommend working here. The pay is horrible as well.

I had a phone interview with a talent coordinator and a teams meeting with the hiring manager. Both were very kind, professional, and straight to the point. The whole process didnt take long and I heard back within 2-3 days which is nice especially with how most companies treat candidates nowadays

Interview
I applied online on 10/26. Was contacted regarding a first interview between that and the following Thursday. The first interview was short, but informative went over the job description. Also asked about experience and how you handle situations.
Set up the next interview during the same phone call for the following week in person with supervisor.
Second interview was about 45 minutes but also simple and relaxed, about 10 questions varying from situational to personal or professional experience related to completing tasks.
Was contacted about 2 to 3 days later with a job offer.
So overall, it’s a two week process from applying to job offer.
