How long did you stay at your most recent job?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WM (Fairport, NY) in May 2023
Interview
Initially started with a phone call, then an in-person interview was set. The hiring manager was professional, very informative about the job and list of benefits that came with it. It felt pretty lax. Quick-paced as well, but unfortunately the interview, to hear back took a whole month and a half. Which ended with me not getting the job, to add to that. They still have the posting up on their site and repost it on job sites, so I was ghosted and their just keeping a net open they had for over two months now. Not discrediting the company as a whole, but just that the position was nothing more than just bait. Even though the requirements weren't high in demand, they seem to be seeking someone who is "qualified" despite what the posting shows.
Short and sweet. Right to the point. Interviewer made me feel comfortable, introduced to potential coworkers and gives tour of office. Explains what the company is about and the position throughly. Very professional
