I applied online and about two weeks later received a telephone call from a recruiter who wanted to talk to me! I promptly called her back and she gave me a quick overview of the position followed by a phone interview. After she was done she told me I'd passed the first stage and scheduled me for a sit down interview three days later.
I just got back from my sit down offer! I was offered the job right after the interview!
I got there, had to fill out a paper application, then was taken upstairs and interviewed in a 1:1 setting in a nice, quiet office. They ask you to briefly describe your work history, then they begin asking the questions. My interviewer described the interview as "story time" as the questions are mostly situational and ask how you acted in certain situations.
It was an overall great experience! Do your homework on the company, dress professionally and believe in yourself!

I had a phone interview with a talent coordinator and a teams meeting with the hiring manager. Both were very kind, professional, and straight to the point. The whole process didnt take long and I heard back within 2-3 days which is nice especially with how most companies treat candidates nowadays

Interview
I applied online on 10/26. Was contacted regarding a first interview between that and the following Thursday. The first interview was short, but informative went over the job description. Also asked about experience and how you handle situations.
Set up the next interview during the same phone call for the following week in person with supervisor.
Second interview was about 45 minutes but also simple and relaxed, about 10 questions varying from situational to personal or professional experience related to completing tasks.
Was contacted about 2 to 3 days later with a job offer.
So overall, it’s a two week process from applying to job offer.
