Sent my CV
Was selected to do an online numerical and test. Passed that and was asked to do a verbal reasoning test. Passed that and was invited to a 3 hour assessment day which consisted of:
- a competency based interview with 3 partners
- a personality interview with the managing Partner
- opportunity to talk to current students
- Two assessments: had 90 minutes to read a book of information and then write a short letter recommending the best option based on the information provided. There was a lot of pages, I didn't even get to finish the letter. Then had to give a short 5min presentation to the partners, outlining the pros and cons of each option

Interview
Typical interview process. There were no surprise questions; the basic "Why are you hear?," "What do you know about this role and this company?," and "Why do you believe you are a good candidate for this position."
