Interview process is thorough and thoughtful. It allows you to meet different employees / executives and ask questions and really get a feel for the people you would be working with. Overall an enjoyable process!

Multi step thorough process, they value getting the right employee. Prepare for at least 3 interviews with different personnel with various roles and experiences. Process took about 4 weeks and the hiring manager was in constant contact.
