I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Ciudad de Mexico) in Feb 2026
Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
the first round of the interview was more of a get-to-know setting, very conversational, the second stage was more technical based, questions were very specific on experience particuarly drawing on the job description details
I applied through other source. I interviewed at WTW (Mumbai) in Aug 2025
Interview
I attended a walk-in interview after receiving an invitation email from the HR. The initial test was easy, but the HR round was conducted in front of other candidates, which felt quite unprofessional. Despite having 5 years of experience, I was rejected by HR due to a gap year in my resume. It’s frustrating that they would focus on a gap year for an experienced candidate. Moreover, my gap was not due to any shortcomings like failed tests, but simply because of a delayed university result, which shows a lack of understanding and consideration on their part.
They should have clearly mentioned in the invitation email if candidates with gap years would not be considered. Many people, including myself, wasted time and money on this process. Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing and poorly handled.
