The online interview was conducted in a panel of two rounds, each 30 minutes long, mainly involving behavioral questions: weakness and strengths, why compensation, why this position, and past experiences.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WTW (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2010
Interview
I first found out about this job when I was looking for a co-op job on an internal job site at my school. I got a response for an interview after i applied. This was a co-op job in the summer so the interview process only consisted of a 1:1 interview with the manager. The interview consisted of very basic predictable behavioral questions. The manager was very friendly and professional. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and I was asked whether I liked numbers and if i was ok with analyzing a large set of data (which i found out later while working was a big part of the job). The office is conveniently located near a subway station so it was easy to find. The people seemed helpful and friendly.
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Started with a video interview, which was not difficult. However, the superday was not easy at all. There was a lot of pressure and the interviewers were not very friendly.
I applied online. I interviewed at WTW (New York, NY)
Interview
Saw job ad on indeed, applied and got invited to hirevue. Seven questions on hirevue. Two games, first one for finding same shapes, second one for numerical calculation. You have a couple mins for the games. For the interview questions, one min preparation, three mins recording. You get automated analysis for your work style, strength and weakness. And wait for the next round.
