      Compensation Analyst Interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (White Plains, NY) in Feb 2018

      Interview

Recruiter from Kelly Services contacted me. I interviewed with the team about 1-2 weeks later. I met with 4 ppl in total. 2x2, total 1hr meeting. I wouldn't really say it's a group interview, but you will meet with 2 senior during 30min interview session. The first group was really nice. It's like a conversation. They asked some behavior questions, but not a lot. Remember to do research about this role. It's not a HR position at all, you will be dealing with Monte Carlo Simulations. They asked me about that, because I had it listed in my resume. They asked what assumption did I put in, and how did I use the result of the simulation. If you ask some good questions, they will like you. Really pay attention to how they introduced about their role. Just remember to ask some questions. The second one was with direct boss and another sr. analyst. The boss asked you what do you know about this position. That's what I meant, really pay attention to what they told you in the 1st round. I didn't feel so good when they asked me some behavior questions. How they responded to me made me feel like I'm gonna fail this interview. But I got it any way. The second round is more your ask questions to them. You can ask everything you wanna know about this role. I heard back the same day from recruiter. And I accepted the offer.
