Interview
It was an assessment test.
Grilling. They asked theory questions related to the actuarial exams I have cleared so far. This was followed by questions relating to testing one's analytical skills. I was also asked math puzzles, ones that are asked in CAT exams.
Easy and very user friendly. More of behavioural questions than technical questions. The online assessment was game based and with few basic questions that are to be video recorded. Staying calm and honest will help get through the assessment.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WTW (Delhi Cantonment) in Sept 2024

The listing was offered through their Early Careers portal in their website. I sent out my Cv and got an email for invitation to a Hirevue interview. It was a Hirevue interview.
