The first round was a recorded video interview by myself with written responses and I was given plenty of time to answer well. The second round was a virtual interview with someone on the team. It was a great interview and she let the interview go over time to answer all of my questions about the role. The third round was a writing sample where we had to create a communication plan and email for a company instituting a new benefits program that was replacing a pension program. This makes sense since WTW is a insurance firm. I was given 24 hours to complete it and sent it in. The fourth round was supposed to be an interview with the entire team a few days after my writing sample, but the team decided to ghost me and not respond at all. Everything was going great until then and I wasn't respectfully given any updates about the interview process until the recruiter finally rejected me after I emailed her 2 weeks after the third round. All I needed was a simple email to tell me they acknowledged my request and when I'd hear back, but they clearly didn't care.
