Interview
First round was HR round, next was Grammer & basic skill test, next 2 rounds were opertaions round. In the 3rd round, I was asked to explain any situation in English for alteast 15 mins, I was clocked to it. In next round, I was asked the future of BPO industry & how positive I am with it.
