Consists of many rounds. It was mainly a campus placement. First there was C.V shortlisting then online test of aptitude and english. Selected candidates were called for one on one H.R and technical interview. H.R interview was very basic with straightforward questions. Technical interview was challenging with many puzzles and subject related questions. You need to be through with subject and must have a very strong analytical skill set. Selected candidates from this round were called for final interview with the director. It was most difficult and challenging. Person interviewing has years of experience in the fields and can really grind you. You have to be positive and give answers smartly. Many unexpected questions were asked so you have to prepare well ahead for this one.
