I recently applied for an entry-level Retirement role, and during the interview, they asked me some basic questions related to CM1. The questions revolved around topics like reserving, pricing, and the concept of an IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and other investment parameters.
multiple stages ranging from video assessment, technical in office round test round, technical round. all rounds being eliminatory. questions asked are very technical in nature and requires good concept clarity.
