      Assistant Vice President Interview

      10 Sept 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WTW (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2011

      Interview

Lots of situational questions (time when you did x, y, or z; past experiences and what you learned from them). Very few BS question or softballs. Interview was done with future managers of the position. Emphasis on questions that make you think on your feet. Multiple one on one interviews gave a good chance to see the company from different perspectives.
