The interview process was on Teams. The whole process is with some basic interviews questions by asking past experiences and some behaviours questions with two actuaries. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.

Start with a prerecorded video interview before moving on to an interview with actual actuaries. The video interview is on hirevue and you get one change to answer a question with 1 minute of preparation time. There are typically 5 questions in total.

Tell us about a time when you had to make a difficult decision quickly when faced with conflicting information, how did you go about it?
It was a Hirevue interview where they asked about 7 questions. After that, there were Hirevue two games that involved mental math and spatial recognition with different, spinning shapes. The Hirevue interview link came after applying about 5 minutes ago with my resume.
