      Work Student Executive Compensation Interview

      3 Feb 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Amstelveen
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WTW (Amstelveen) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Split up into 3 stages, starting with an initial interview, then an online assessment, then a feedback interview. In the first interview, they wanted to find out my motivation for working with them, and how well I might fit into their team. Then 5e online tests were designed to test verbal, numerical, and abstract thinking under the pressure of a time constraint. The feedback, was then to see whether you felt the aptitude results were accurate, and also to explain in your own words why the results were the way yet were.
