Very long. Applied through a university website and had 3 interviews--the 2 later were in front of 2-5 people depending on the time. After all that time (8 hours in interview time and a presentation and another little side article project), they did not even email me a rejection or an update. I am assuming after 2 months past the final round interview, that they are not interested. Call me old fashioned, but I thought that was rude. The scheduling for each interview was ornery and non-negotiable. I stayed in Chicago over christmas to make one instead of going to home to my family. At another point in the process, they were willing to drop me because I couldn't make the day they offered to interview me on with less than a week's notice. If you know you'll get in and don't want to consider any other place, apply because it seems like it would be a nice place to work. Otherwise, they will waste your time and minimize their own losses. Everyone there was very nice which made it all the more disappointing that this is the company ethic on applicants.
