They sit you down and ask you questions according to the job. The managers also want to get to know you, so do not be afraid to speak. When I was interviewed, it was more of a formal introduction; since I had transferred from a former WaFd, which also was a former BOA.
Phone screen with a recruiter. Followed up with a short in person interview. The followed up over email to let me know that I didn't get the position. Overall, they were very nice.

Very nice and professional . Excited to hopeful start working for them as I enjoy the banking world and help clients with financial needs. They offer good benefits. Pay Is ok. Hrs are nice with weekends off.

Phone screen, then in person interview. The people were kinder than most places I have interviewed. Make sure to dress the part, I felt underdressed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, there were about 8 customer service related questions.
